Please find below the steps on how I can act on your behalf by being
your local contact point when viewing properties through different
Estate Agents.
- I'd need a specification of the type of property, any location
preferences and your budget. If you're uncertain, I can make
suggestions on what I know is currently available on the market. I
can also give you guidance on property prices in different areas.
- Using your specification and budget I will prepare and send you a
selection of properties that broadly matches your requirements.
The information for each property will include basic description,
photos, location and asking price.
- I can make arrangements with estate agents and owners, and
accompany you to view the properties of your choice.
Full day itineraries can be arranged for you to view a number of
properties.
- If you proceed with a purchase I can help you to negotiate the
best possible deal, introducing you to the local notaire and
assisting you at the signing of the contracts.
- Finally I can offer you accommodation at an affordable rate
whilst you're house hunting. You can either stay in our rental
apartment which has two large bedrooms (Holiday Rentals property
number 773), or in our studio, which has a double bed, a shower room
and a kitchenette.
In summary, by using me as your main contact point you'll be able to
save a considerable amount of time and money.
